Pastor Philip was ordained in the Church of England in 1970 and came to the USA with his family in 1984. Before being called to plant this new church in 2006, he directed a missionary society for seven years and pastored two congregations. He has been married to Sylvia since 1968.

Pastor Derek was ordained in the Anglican Church in 1964. He received his Divinity Degree from McGill University in Montreal and an M.A. from Catholic University in Washington, D.C. He has served parishes in Jamaica and Canada. He has been married to Carol since 1967.
